Following nearly two years of negotiations, Zhongtian Tongyuan Solar Energy High tech Co., Ltd. and Hebei Clean Energy Investment Co., Ltd. have jointly established a mixed ownership enterprise and reached an agreement on the relevant strategic cooperation content.
On September 14, 2015, both parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement at Zhongtian Tongyuan Solar Energy High tech Co., Ltd. located in Haidian District, Beijing, officially establishing "Hebei Zhongtian Clean Energy Co., Ltd.", and the company closed in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province. This move not only injected new vitality into the haze control work in Beijing Tianjin Hebei, but also better promoted the good wishes of both parties' cooperation, and we hope that the enterprise can take off!
