On July 18, 2011, Zhongtian Tongyuan Solar Energy High tech Co., Ltd. signed a contract to become a service provider for the energy-saving project of the Sunshine Campus of the Management Cadre College of the Ministry of Transport, providing design and installation services for small solar off grid power stations and street light system engineering for the Management Cadre College of the Ministry of Transport. Zhongtian Tongyuan Company considered to carry out power transformation without destroying the existing school city circuit lights. It adopted the integrated mode of independent and centralized power supply to provide power for street lights according to local conditions, changing from the past mode of city power plus timers to the intelligent automatic operation mode completely controlled by light and time; Taking into account factors such as the loss of school greenery and shelter, as well as the possibility of installing solar powered street lights in areas without direct sunlight, the optimal energy-saving renovation plan for the campus was proposed.
The Management Cadre College of the Ministry of Transport is a main base directly under the Ministry of Transport for cultivating senior leaders in the transportation system. Efforts are being made to build the college into a training base and research center for traffic economy, traffic management, traffic regulations, and traffic culture, playing a unique role in China's transportation industry. At the same time, it fully reflects that national functional departments and educational institutions actively respond to the national call for energy conservation and the construction of sunny campuses by using solar energy in schools and playing a leading role in demonstration.
The proposal for the National Sunshine Campus Project requires the construction of solar water heaters, solar lamps, small-scale grid connected photovoltaic power generation, solar science popularization classrooms and other engineering projects in schools with conditions in Beijing.
