Why is it said that home photovoltaics will be the core of distributed photovoltaics in China

For distributed photovoltaic power generation, it can generally be divided into household photovoltaic and commercial photovoltaic based on the different owners. The so-called home photovoltaic system mainly refers to the installation and use of distributed solar power generation systems on the home's own roof. Industrial and commercial photovoltaics mainly refer to the installation and use of distributed solar power generation systems on the roofs of industrial enterprises. Among them, home photovoltaic is the most subsidized form of distributed photovoltaic power generation application in China. In addition, in China, the application and installation of home photovoltaics for grid connection are relatively simple, while the early requirements and later grid connection processes for industrial and commercial photovoltaics are relatively complex. Therefore, home photovoltaics will be the core market for distributed photovoltaics in China. In China, installing home photovoltaics has the following advantages:
1. Quick effect
In China, home photovoltaic power plants are the fastest application process, fastest installation, fastest grid connection, and fastest subsidized application form. Generally, applying for a home photovoltaic power station only takes 10 working days to obtain access application opinions; The entire installation process usually does not exceed 3 days; The grid connection acceptance generally does not exceed 7 days; Therefore, the entire process can be completed in up to 15 days. The subsidy distribution generally does not exceed a cycle of three months.
2. Small investment
In China, the installation capacity of typical urban villa roofs is mostly between 5-8kWp, while some large villas or elevated roofs can be installed at least 10kWp; The investment for a typical 5-8kWp solar system is only 60000 to 100000 yuan.
Although the roofs of ordinary rural houses are relatively large, China's subsidy methods are spontaneous self use and surplus electricity connected to the grid, and the general electricity consumption is not too much. Therefore, the installed capacity of rural roofs is only 3-5 kWp. In this way, with an investment of 30000 to 50000 yuan, one can enjoy the solar energy system.
3. Simple grid connection
For home photovoltaics, grid connection is also particularly easy. As long as a property certificate is issued to ensure the installation of metering meters in the power grid, distributed photovoltaic power generation can be applied for free to connect to the power grid. At the same time, the power company provides two electricity meters and free access design for free; Installation also does not require special access equipment: grid switch, components that meet national requirements, and inverter.
4. Timely subsidies
At present, distributed home photovoltaic power plants are receiving subsidies the fastest among all new energy projects, while large power plants are delaying subsidies for up to 24 months. Family projects are generally subsidized once every 3 months, and the longest period does not exceed 6 months.
5. High yield
At present, distributed photovoltaic power stations are an application form strongly encouraged by the state. Taking the 5kWp solar power station in Shanghai as an example, assuming that it produces 6000 kWh of electricity annually, of which 30% is self used, and calculated at the third tier electricity price of 0.977 yuan per kWh, the distributed photovoltaic power station can obtain the following three benefits:
1、 Full national and local subsidies, with a national subsidy of 0.42 yuan per kilowatt hour and a subsidy of 0.4 yuan per kilowatt hour in Shanghai, resulting in an annual profit of 4920 yuan;
2、 The saved self use electricity cost can save 1758 yuan per year for a 5kW system; 3、 Reverse transmission to the State Grid
