Zhongtian Tongyuan and Rainbow Group Start Strategic Cooperation - Rainbow Group Optoelectronic Device Factory Becomes a Production and Research and Development Base for Zhongtian Tongyuan Cooperation

Recently, Zhongtian Tongyuan signed a cooperation agreement with Rainbow Group Optoelectronic Device Factory and Beijing Jiangshang Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. The two sides have established a strategic cooperation relationship on the development, production, and sales of LED products. Rainbow Group Optoelectronic Device Factory has officially become a production and research and development equipment base for Zhongtian Tongyuan cooperation.
On September 1st, Mr. Wang Weiting, Chairman of Zhongtian Tongyuan, Mr. Li Shimin, Executive President, and Ms. Hu Guili, Director of the Comprehensive Management Center, led a delegation to hold a grand signing ceremony at the Rainbow Group Optoelectronic Device Factory with Mr. Gong Renbin, Director of the Rainbow Group Optoelectronic Device Factory, and his assistant, as well as Mr. Wan De, the person in charge of Beijing Jiangshang Lighting Technology Co., Ltd.
The agreement stipulates that Zhongtian Tongyuan will initiate strategic cooperation with Rainbow Group Optoelectronic Device Factory and Beijing Jiangshang Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. in the development, production, and sales of LED products. Zhongtian Tongyuan and Rainbow Group Optoelectronic Device Factory, as well as Beijing Jiangshang Lighting Technology Co., Ltd., can provide products, OEM and joint development services according to the product needs of Zhongtian Tongyuan, and assist in market development and promotion. Rainbow Group Optoelectronic Device Factory has officially become a cooperative production and research and development equipment base for Zhongtian Tongyuan.
It is reported that the cooperation between the three parties in the field of LED lighting has been brewing for a long time. Rainbow Group Corporation (referred to as Rainbow Group) is a central enterprise managed by the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. It currently has 11 second tier wholly-owned and holding companies, 9 participating companies, and 2 listed companies: Rainbow Holdings (600707. SH) and Rainbow Electronics (0438. Rainbow Group Optoelectronic Device Factory is a wholly-owned factory directly under Rainbow Group Company, with rich experience in LED product development and production. Beijing Jiangshang Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. is a company of Rainbow Group that sells Rainbow Group's LED application products in the Beijing area. It has extensive market management experience in the LED field. Zhongtian Tongyuan has many LED product sales experience and customer resources.
