During the "11th" holiday, the Zhongtian Tongyuan Working Group once again went to Shigatse City, Tibet for on-site research. Zhongtian Tongyuan will cooperate with the Shigatse Municipal Party Committee and Government to accelerate the construction of the "Warm Project" and plan to establish branches in Tibet (Tibet Zhongtian Tongyuan Heating Co., Ltd. and Tibet Zhongtian Tongyuan Solar Energy Application Research Institute). The branches will work together with the Shigatse Municipal Party Committee and Government to complete over 95% of the heating in Shigatse within 2-5 years.
During the "11th" holiday, Wang Weiting, Chairman of Zhongtian Tongyuan Solar Energy High tech Co., Ltd., led a working group composed of Chairman Assistant Comrade Wang Qingzheng and Engineering Director Comrade Li Min to conduct on-site research and experiments on the solar heating project in Shigatse City. He also held a special meeting with the Shigatse Municipal Party Committee and Government on cooperation to accelerate the construction of the "Warm Project", Both sides reached an agreement on accelerating the construction of the "Warm Project" through cooperation and established an overall implementation plan for the project.
The meeting unanimously agreed to establish Tibet Zhongtian Tongyuan Solar Heating Co., Ltd. and Tibet Zhongtian Tongyuan Solar Energy Application Research Institute, to complete over 95% of the heating in Shigatse City within 2 to 5 years; According to the instructions of Comrade Wang Xijing, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, it is clear that solar energy is the main energy source for heating in Shigatse. Both parties have studied and determined to establish leadership institutions and work teams led by the main person in charge to undertake relevant project implementation, organization and coordination, service guarantee, and professional work.
The specific steps for implementing the "Warm Project" project are "overall planning, step-by-step implementation, policy driven, low-priced start-up, trial and error, and guaranteed services". At present, the preparatory work for the "Warm Project" project has been fully initiated by both parties. Zhongtian Tongyuan Solar Energy High tech Co., Ltd. is preparing a complete feasibility plan for utilizing key technologies such as solar energy as the dominant energy source, nighttime heat storage, constant temperature heating, and humidification. A complete set of solar photothermal heating system suitable for high cold, low oxygen, and low pressure environments has been developed. It is planned to conduct a decentralized test in 6 rooms of a new turnover room in Shigatse City Government in early November. The Shigatse Municipal Government will provide maximum financial and policy support to Zhongtian Tongyuan Solar Energy High tech Co., Ltd. for equipment trial operation, company registration, training of professional teams, promotion of the "Warm Project" project, financial support, and establishment of professional maintenance teams in Shigatse City.
