On March 9, 2013, the Leading Group for the Promotion of the Tibet Zhongtian Tongyuan Warmth Project was officially established in Shigatse City. According to the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement between the Shigatse Municipal Government and Zhongtian Tongyuan Solar Energy High tech Co., Ltd. on Promoting the Solar Warming Project", Tibet Zhongtian Tongyuan Company is mainly responsible for scheme design, product procurement and production, project implementation, and after-sales service. The Municipal Party Committee and Government of Shigatse City have provided comprehensive support and cooperation for the implementation of the project. The Municipal Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau evaluates the safety and rationality of the warmth project, and collaborates with technical personnel from Tibet Zhongtian Tongyuan to conduct on-site measurements and certification; The Municipal Finance Bureau has implemented a project fund of 20000 yuan, which will be used exclusively for customers to subsidize 30% of the total heating cost per square meter, and actively strives for more funds to be used for subsidies; The Municipal Development and Reform Commission takes the lead in initiating new energy and livelihood projects implemented by Tibet Zhongtian Tongyuan Company, and applies for corresponding funds; The Municipal Government Office actively guided the city's cadres and employees to participate in the early use and promotion of the project, and completed the relevant registration statistics before March 11th; The Municipal Propaganda Department coordinated with relevant media such as television stations and newspapers to carry out extensive publicity work on the project promotion of Tibet Zhongtian Tongyuan Company; The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau coordinates with relevant regional departments to recruit technical personnel and company employees for enterprises, and is responsible for collecting relevant labor security funds to supervise the occurrence of wage arrears for migrant workers; The Municipal Bureau of Commerce is mainly responsible for coordinating and ensuring services for projects related to investment promotion, such as enterprise registration and settlement; The Municipal Science and Technology Bureau is responsible for technology certification, technology promotion, and actively assists Tibet Zhongtian Tongyuan in establishing our company's solar energy research institute.
